Questions, answered.
Can I ask in Hindi or Gujarati?
Yes. Type or speak in Hindi, Gujarati, English or Hinglish. Spelling mistakes are fine. Answers come in plain English, with clause numbers, amounts and contract terms kept as the contract writes them. Letters to NHAI are written in English too.
How do I know an answer is right?
Every answer shows its sources. Tap a clause chip and your contract opens at that page, with the exact words highlighted. If your documents don't cover a question, the answer says so. Letters are also checked against their clauses before they go for approval.
Can it take the letters we download from Data Lake?
Yes. Add hundreds of files at once, or a zip. Each one is read and sorted, letters go into the inward register, exact duplicates are skipped, and replies are linked to the letters they answer.
Does it send letters or emails to NHAI on my behalf?
No. ClauseCompass only drafts. Your team checks and approves every letter, and you send it yourself. Then you can mark it sent, with the signed copy.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes. Your company's owner invites colleagues by email as an approver, member or viewer. Approvers approve letters before they go out; viewers can read everything but change nothing.
Which contracts are supported?
EPC agreements on NHAI, MoRTH (through state PWDs) and NHIDCL projects. ClauseCompass is built on the NHAI Model EPC Agreement, and every citation points to your own uploaded copy. HAM support is coming soon.
Does it work with scanned letters and photos?
Yes. Add scanned PDFs, phone photos of letters, Word files and emails. The text on scanned pages is read automatically, so it can be searched and cited too.
Is ClauseCompass affiliated with NHAI?
No. ClauseCompass is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to NHAI, MoRTH or NHIDCL.
Is this legal advice?
No. ClauseCompass is a drafting assistant, not a substitute for legal advice.
